Pre-Planning, Analysis and Concept
Your project begins with a thorough review of the information you provide, including site measurements, photos, and your responses to the Project Questionnaire and Site Evaluation Form. I analyse these details to create a custom floor plan that optimises furniture placement and functionality. This phase also includes a design proposal outlining the project scope, budget, and curated mood boards and colour palettes. A selection of materials and finishes will be presented, ensuring the design aligns with your vision and budget for a cohesive, polished result.

Development and Handover
I develop detailed room concepts with realistic imagery, seamlessly blending existing pieces with new additions. This includes lighting, window treatments, and the integration of meaningful heirlooms. Furniture, décor, and accessories are carefully selected to create a cohesive home that reflects your unique style. This stage provides a clear preview of your space, enabling confident decision-making. I also provide professional design documents, including technical drawings and schedules, for seamless implementation of your vision.

DESIGN CONCEPT

DESIGN SCHEME
I’ll provide you with a suite of professional design documents that empower you to bring your new space to life, surpassing your expectations.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Upon completion, I’ll send an offboarding packet with aftercare information, product warranties, and future collaboration details.

The standard timeline is approximately 18 weeks from project commencement. As each project is uniquely tailored, the exact duration may vary based on your specific requirements.
